For domestic travel please ensure you arrive, 2hrs before flight depart to check-in.
For International airport, 3 hrs before flight depart to check-in.

Arrive at APark located 57 Pavilion Drive. Follow the staff to park your car.

Check-out means airport pickup and car check out from car park.

The Domestic Pick-up Area: At the Domestic Terminal, the pick-up point is beneath the Control Tower which is located close to the Jetstar exits by Gate 62 & 63.
The International Pick-Up Area: At the International Terminal, please exit the terminal and follow the sign "off-site shuttle transfer" and walk about 5 to 7 mins, and look & wait for the shuttle.
